i dont think it can be complete in december 2013, cause i have just visit the site recently, they still doing pilling for block C and D, and just start do the structure for the concrete... so bro.... be passion.... cool2.gif cool2.gif cool2.gif

ya ya... have call to the lawyer firm just now, the S&P agreement will be complete within 3 to 4 weeks, but the loan agreement still have to wait around 3 to 4 months...

I was told by SA that block c & d will be launch later on. Block a & b will complete first, so dec 2015 completion still make sense. smile.gif

Seems like developer start urging buyer to sign loan offer and SNP. Maybe project kickstart very soon, need funding. rclxms.gif

Hi all, i'm also waiting the SNP and this is my 2nd property. Just want to confirm that anythings that i need to pay to lawyer firm during sign the SNP? As what the developer told me that it all free for legal fee, stamp duty and bla bla bla......

Thank you but i think my bank is not help me funding it ask i already ask for fully finance to the loan. sad.gif

That's what the SA told me la, lol
The plan? All this while I only saw floor plan for Block A & B wor, C & D got kah? @@
Design wise not sure ... That SA herself also yet to see any final design ...
