I think it is.... If not.... Snp won't b proceed with stamping.... even I haven't receive my....Further than that, seem like developer going to launch block c after cny.... & it going to be like block a & b in term of layout, number of unit within a floor.

Received call from FnC today. Say I am able to get my stamped copy of SNP tomorrow.

I checked my stamped snp from FnC. Yes. The last few page do mention free kitchen cabinet. 1x 1hp aircond 1x 1.5 hp aircond exclude installation.

Is that the page mention about kitchen tile, living room tile? Mine didn't mention there ><

Totally agreed... few week ago...told me can get it next week...
time passed then another 2 week time
now next month... still in stamping office which take more than months to stamp... can u imaging how efficient it is.....
Now seem like FnC people are getting their SNP while LnY macam never ending next week....

I think very limited units available for Block B, but more on Block A ...

As far as I know, Block B is fully sold out. In show room, you can only find the sticker board for Block A anyway, some high floor units remain in blank but not many of them.

Until now still no news abt snp.... Dec I was told it will be ready within dec... Later change to 1st week in jan, later call again another 1 week.... But until now still x jadi jadi..... Really fed up with this stupid legal firm.... I juz need a date that's all... Don't juz promise than keep draging...... Lao gia LNY
