Same story..... All sent to stamping office.... Partially received from the stamping officr at this moment....
Selling price for block A top floor 49xk so new block possible reached 500k.....
Been to site as well, seeing they doing the piling work on block c&d

Same story..... All sent to stamping office.... Partially received from the stamping officr at this moment....
Selling price for block A top floor 49xk so new block possible reached 500k.....

What i was told by SA my unit will be increase after CNY~

Then after CNY, she tells you will be increasing after General Election.
After GE, she said will be increasing again after cost increase of raw material, steel, taxes, etc...
My advice is, don't trust SA too much. Too many marketing sweet talk.
Price will increase from time to time, but not that fast lor. Be practical.
It is still so deep inside, without significant completed development around it to make it a hotspot, yet.
500k+ is only possible after 2-3 years i guess. Now...no way lor.
But i bet they will still put 500k price tag on it, with a remark "before discount".

Agreed. Coz I been hearing price increase thing ever since i booked that unit. Max price for phase 1 is 495k as stated in the leaflet. Which i don't quite get it why the price hike like that.... doh.gif Phase 2 will be highlighting 8 units/ floor which featuring bigger space as compared to phase 1 to further boost up the price.... So far i heard there still around 20++ units available in block A which mainly high floor while block B was fully booked. Anyhow later sure have the loan rejected unit....

Honest enough. Above RM 500k for now, is quite difficult.

Better they launch this next year or a year bfore Block A and B VP, at least, the existing buyers are happy with new price as benchmark in subsales a year later when lack of own competition btw Block A and B only...

Have your paid the legal fees when your sign the S&P ? i have signed mine like September, till now have not paid the legal fees man .

U meant loan legal fee? If u haven't paid, could due to the loan agreement haven't stamp or execute yet, in other words bank will not start disburse the $$ to developer yet.

Except your lawyer forget to bill you (which is impossible) tongue.gif

Anyone who received SnP copy from Lim and Yeoh go through the SnP?

Few page back got people said the freebies should stated in SnP but i had go through my SnP, no single word/phase mention the freebies i get (air con and kitchen cabinet)

How about the 2covered car parks, got include in snp? This more important.. smile.gif

2 different SNP from FarnNC.
1 for carpark 1 for unit if I am not mistaken.
Didn't recall if they state anything bout free cabinet and aircond..

visited the showroom yesterday...

It looks big and spacious for 1055sqft.... and saw mid & low floors was stickered dy...
