My advise is go to actual site to have a look first before you go to showroom. You think it is interesting only go to show room opposite DHL Puchong have a look and bear in mind do not trust 100% what the sales person told you. Do some research first before you make decision to book an unit

For own stay , abit "deep" area as nearby still empty or not yet develop.

This developer so so only if you had go through every page of this thread. You can see got one guy always come here say bad thing about this developer. This developer seem like to give empty promise to buyer

But i also newbie for property and this is my first house too. I just tell you why i buy this proj and you need judge by yourself

1.low down payment as i do not have much bullet
2. I went to their previous project Koi Tropika and Koi Kinrara to have a visit, the outlook and finishing is not bad. I got a colleague who brought Koi Tropika and he told me the quality of his hse is ok.
3. I got a friend buy Koi Kinara too, he told me he heard this project phase 1 had delay half year but the developer did give compensation (how, i do not know)
4. Not so far from LRT (but you need to drive also)

No.3 : I saw in Koi Kinrara forum, they paid buyer via maintenance fee (means no need pay maintenance)
No.4 : I tried before, about 10mins..

As overall, I can see this developer can deliver their past projects but delay is expected. Besides that, many con cases (empty promises) which about the same for most developers nowadays.

agreed on the low entrance, and compare to others new lauch project of condo in puchong, KP is cheaper, of course is far and deep la... i saw kinrara and tropika, still ok, not really that bad,

Haha..you can stop dreaming of developer to build road link to the Elite highway. Only small matter of S&P document also need so long time but yet complete, if they build road i think maybe your next generation only can see...

Yeah, agreed.. The area is still quite 'deep', if in future got more housing projects coming to this area and better road accessibility it will grow.

have called to developer office, they say have return all the documentation to lawyer firm dy, and now is the lawyer firm PIC no pick up phone.... sad sad....

Developer only asked legal firm to proceed to stamping office last 2 week. expected to received within this 2 weeks......

Same thing like few years back ppl also claim Koi Kinrara very "dalam dalam" inside ...
1 key thing to invest property is always study about the "future plan" of that entire area and not jus judge it by what it is now ...
