Previously i had add a friend which call Koi Prima at fb and this "friend" is totally inactive except approve friend

Yes.. please follow up closely. i already share my experience with them.

they bill super fast and like to bill during holiday.. your billing mail will reach you late.
bear in mind this developer bill is XX days from the date above. not XX "WORKING" days..

i have call to developer office today and unsurprisingly no one pick up the phone, argh.....

just wanted to ask them what is the S&P process since the lawyer told me is developer side are the one who dragging the process....

little bit fed up with this kind of customer services...

Block A not fully sold
Block B fully sold but many loan rejects
Block C remain a lot of units

Block C units to be transfered to Block A&B, if not succesful. Last resort is cancel whole project.

This is all I understand from a friend, just wanna confirm here.

If can stay away this developer. once you niak kapar like me susah later..

I went to sales office last week, still remain some block A high floor units. Never seen any Block C on sale...

Just signed S&P today. If project cancel, will they need to pay us penalties?

Didn't know there is Block C available for sale..

Agreed on Block A & B left over units due to rejected loan, but cancel project not likely (my guess, although I haven't sign SNP)..

Many have signed SNP, developer will not be able to pay such high penalty. Die die also need finish the construction.

This project have total 5 block, even block A and B also no good is sale, wonder how they gonna sell C,D,E?

And also, if you guys take a look on the site picture i post few page back, do you notice "2 unit pencawang electrik" written on the site board? I wonder where will they build the High tension cable...

Could this "pencawang electrik" for the purpose of pulling the electricity into Koi Prima?
