I was told UOB, AmBank, Maybank. Saw MBB banker is inside KP showroom promoting their loan package.

My SA told me that the panel banks are: MBB, Al-Rajhi and UOB

As you know, AM bank already pull out of this proj due to quota full already. PBB already cabut in early launch of this proj, you can find the reason if you had go through every page of this proj (long story..). When i firstly book this proj early this yr the panel banks are AM bank. public bank and hong leong bank

Yup, MBB is one of their panel banks. My loan application with maybank just got approved a couple of weeks back, 70% loan at BLR -2.30. But the law firm still haven't called me for the S&P signing.

Can share how is the LAD looks like? I can foresee sure many t&c to cover developer @ss..
