That was Bullxxxx.. They have the phone no. They can detect him using the mobile phone station but they didn't..

That is old transaction I believe, it's auction closed on somewhere in early of August. I think the buyer kinda late give a feedback before he run away

sorry, actually the buyer just gave him a rating recently, but the transaction was done on 8/7/2011 12:47:00 PM.
WTF! if the police is really tat Hi-Tech, they would've caught this fu(ker long time ago! despite having all ah beng's details, they still do nothing!
opps, my mistake, i think the police meant they are able to detect his location only, the inspector didn't mention that the police is going to catch ah beng.
the real scenario is, GIVEN AN IP, EVERYONE CAN KNOW WHERE THAT IP IS CURRENTLY LOCATED!!! BULLSH|T!!! we dun even need the helps from police if the IP is not masked. in the case that the IP is masked, even the police can't do anything either!

So what we can do??????? report polis sudah, repot kat lelong pon sudah... Jika perlu kita lapor pada Tribunal Pengguna. Kita heret sekali lelong.my...

They should freeze the bank accounts/assets immediately and sita whatever premise they have. Haiyoo...nak kaya tapi tipu orang. Kalau dah tak pandai berniaga tuh cuci jamban sudah la..kecik kecik tak nak mampos.....besar besar menyusahkan orang!!!!!!
