submitted BPP last week . no update from lelong. Submitting the BPP second time today.

Submitted my BPP claim last night...This morning got reply from lelong.....


Hi

Our BPP team has received your documents. Please allow us some time to process for you (approximately between 45 days to 60 days, but it may take longer depends on our investigation). Once done, our BPP team will contact you to let you know.
If you have not initiate the BPP claim yet, kindly click on the link www.lelong.com.my/bpp/ and initiate your BPP claim so we could proceed with your processing.

Yeah that seem to a good idea ( for the time being) to storm hisshamuddin FB page. Any specific date to start? lets all of us pakat- pakat storm that page .....it may looks like an attack to that page but we must stated our true intention in this case. By the way i am giving my HUGE thanks to all those (unsung heroes) who started this topic. so helpful..

Sent mail to Lelong yesterday. Requesting update. Got the reply today:-

Referring to your BPP claim that you have submitted to us previously, we are here to inform you that the documents submitted by you is complete and we are able to process them for you. Your claim is eligible for the BPP claim refund.

We appreciate that you could fill up the form below so that we can arrange the necessary claim refund via cheque to you.

Once this done, we will arrange the cheque accordingly.

So i click the link i goes to my login & i read thru it and click agreed..currently Ionly able to claim Rm471. for the first BPP claim. still got one more BPP Claim to request update from lelong

Yeah.. you guys may be right . I have read back the policy..apart of this i am glad to get sumthing back from Lelong.. rather waiting for ages. Any way thanks for info

Lelong replied to me on Dec 2011 that they will sent out the check. Just received it today ..iayooo bank cuti la plak

Ok My check clear already..Alhamdullilah. But this is for one claim only rite.? do i need to report the second transaction i made with this guy using BPP again? I have 2 transaction with him
