I bought a phone from QiLing but luckily I did receive it, although 2 months later (he promised 3 weeks delivery).

Now, the phone is spoilt(after only 3 months usage) and since he is on the run, I can't make my warranty claim. sad.gif

Sorry to hear many of you become victim, I got bid and won HTC from this seller on Aug'11, I banked in after 2 days, but got the phone after one month, that time want report already coz many reminders sent already, but no feedback. Then I won HP on Sept'11, but this time I ask him the stock avaibility first, if not, I won't pay coz the first item i won already gave me loss of trustworthy already... After that time, he just reply wait for sponsors. Then I told him to inform me if the stock available, later on there was no reply already. The question is, where he get sponsors? Don't is as seller must always have the sufficient stock to ready for deal with bidders who win??? I really don't know... I not agree the seller urge bidder to pay or bank in if out of stock temporarily. This made bidder uncomfortable so as me... To all victims, I really sorry to hear you, I wish you all able to claim back your money and take some immediate action on this seller in good way. Thanks with all sincere.

i have received email from lelong.com for question about multiple item claim.

this was their reply to me:
If you have purchased 3 items within the same month, you could only claim 1. You may choose either one of the 3 items to claim.

anyone who brought multiple item & have send the claim form to lelong.com?

from lelong's BPP page:
"All lifetime 3 claims are refer to transaction involving 3 different and unrelated sellers."

all thanks to qiling, and this BPP, lelong says its aim is to protect buyers, with so much tedious constraints, i think it's just a tool to create the illusion - "the buyers are safe to shop in lelong"

Hi all,

"As we just checked thru your BPP claim form, you have included 2 transactions under 1 form. Appreciate that you do include them as 2 transaction in 2 forms. Please resend to us once you have completed the BPP."

I hv just received the the above reply fm Lelong when I sent them email asking for claim no. Looklike u hve to submit 1 BPP form for 1 transaction. I submited my BPP claim to Lelong last week n now only informed me to separate the claim form for each transaction.
