i just sent 1 email asking him to refund on 29/9/2011, only yesterday he refunded to me.. i think qiling oso is hidding somewhere and see what all we disccuse here..

Heres my way to claim for a compensation
under BPP.

1. Upload summary screenshot of won item. (All item won).
2. Upload ALL the bank-in statement (or give detail only).
3. Upload BPP picture of Qiling.
4. Upload Report.

Pictures means 1000 word.

Include your Lelong ID too.

Send your report to:

Lelong REPLIED me and sent me a BPP Clain Form.
5 pages all. Need to fullfil all required information.

What you mean by no BPP? The seller are under BPP.
Thats mean we all are eligible for a compensation.

A claim must be made after 30days of transaction and not after 90days.

Some details have been send to lelong admin, got proof of details why amount bigger. You all can search and investigate on it. I'm asking my friend help scan and email me what ever details to me as they don';t know everything. home office closed, all slip there they help me clear on it and scan for me.
I understand everyone are angry an inpatience right now.
Namelist above that listing are victim, they don;t know everything and what happen in company. Please don't disturd them. They also can't do anything. and they also can be do police report to protect themself to be disturd.
After i get all scaning details, i will send to lelong admin and copy, and go to surrender myself. Sorry that i currently can't surrender myself without any proof detils on my hand right now.
As i said, currently i still will continuw bank in refund, how much as i can. until i personally get caught or get all details, surrender myself here.

i've sent them like 10 reminders, and i still get nothing either.. some users claimed that, there is a BPP claim id, i guess, it would be useless if the others just send you the form without this id.

what i did was, i printed out the form, signed it, then scanned them again...

Dear All, i called lelong just now, a guy named Steven claimed that i spammed their mailbox like every 10 mins, the thing is i din do that.
And he claimed that they did send out cheques for some buyers already, may i know has anyone received the cheque? And he added i should be receiving my cheaque next Friday! He also added, they've been replying to most of the inquiry emails, i would like to know, does anyone get their reply promptly? when i asked who'd received the cheque already, he said it's confidential, he wont reveal to me...
