QUOTE(knight_kriss @ Nov 4 2011, 08:13 AM) meaning that qiling still on the move?????????? sorry, actually the buyer just gave him a rating recently, but the transaction was done on 8/7/2011 12:47:00 PM.last time, one police inspector say to me, if they can get his ip address, maybe they can detect his location WTF! if the police is really tat Hi-Tech, they would've caught this fu(ker long time ago! despite having all ah beng's details, they still do nothing! opps, my mistake, i think the police meant they are able to detect his location only, the inspector didn't mention that the police is going to catch ah beng. the real scenario is, GIVEN AN IP, EVERYONE CAN KNOW WHERE THAT IP IS CURRENTLY LOCATED!!! BULLSH|T!!! we dun even need the helps from police if the IP is not masked. in the case that the IP is masked, even the police can't do anything either! QUOTE(MysteriousBabe @ Dec 7 2011, 08:09 PM) Hi all, finally my sister report babydona18 : DAMANSARA/018468/11 thanks for the update.By the way, is it possible to claim for item that has been more than 90 days from the date of payment transaction made? As one of my sister's item is over than 90 days already but the other items haven't over 90 days but the amount exceeds RM1000 Tan Kean Beng is the suspected mastermind right? But when my sis lodge the police report, the inspector that is in charge with the case told my sis that the suspected mastermind came to police station to make a complain after receiving so many police report regarding this case involving his name, so he informed the police that his name is being used without his permission about this. So the inspector said that this case is still under investigation in looking for the real mastermind behind all these... Okie dokie, that is the only information we got from this investigation officer that is assigned to my sis after she lodged for the police report. for the claim, i guess only lelong has the answer... |

QUOTE(mazaim @ Dec 15 2011, 10:13 AM) just call lelong just now, and asked for my bpp claim, my bpp claim number is 0048. thanks for the update, bro!so for my case, they will 'try' to finalized this week or early next week, but when i ask them whether i will get my refund by that time, they said no. i will get my refund after they finalized my bpp claim... meaning, from my understanding, still have a loooooong way to get my money back.... ( that is for my case, for the rest of the case, i dont know, but they did say that not all will get the refund, depend on their status and whatever... (i dont know what they are talking about...) ok, that is from me, merry christmast for those celebrating... when they said they will try to finalize everything, i guess they din tell you how much refund you are getting bek rite? this morning, i sent another email to ask lelong's about why do they keep delaying our BPP claim, as published in lelong website, BPP claim requires at most 45 days of processing, this is their reply:
Hi Sorry for the delay. We are processing your claim and we are trying our best to conclude it as we are also awaiting the PDRM to conclude their investigation on this matter. Your claim submitted so far has all the relevant documents we needed for processing. We will advice you the status within couple of days, as we will try to get it done as soon as possible for you. We hope that you understand this. We sincerely apologies on keeping you waiting. We appreciate your patience and support on this. TQ |

QUOTE(wish-i @ Dec 15 2011, 04:16 PM) why we need to wait for PDRM to catch qiling? i care whether PDRM has caught qiling or not, at least, if he is caught, he has to vomit out the money he conned, i assume...to have refund, lelong just need to verify that we paid Qiling and item not deliver to buyer. who care PDRM caught Qiling or not? in this case, we shall made 2nd report case as advice sergeant. i am intending to report to state IBP in this month if refund was not made. we are not waiting PDRM to catch qiling so that we can get the refund, but lelong is using this as a reason why they've been delaying our claim. i just wanted to share what lelong replied me, if lelong is still unable to refund after next week, meaning that, they can't be trusted at all and they are delaying our refund by giving out some vague excuses... anyhow, only time will tell... |

QUOTE(bradlee @ Dec 15 2011, 04:43 PM) So if PDRM still cannot find the culprit after 5 or 10 yrs, how? ya, you are definitely right.45days is 45 days, no matter what's the status, as long as we fir in the terms, lelong should reimburse us in the stated time frame, isn't it but they are using PDRM as a reason, we can't really do anything either... for every extra day lelong delays us, their reputation and trustworthiness gets worse too... |
