Are Lelong BPP suppose to provide full refund up to RM1000? Why does it seem like u guys are getting less?

Yea but i see some put in a claim of less then 1000 ie Rm541 but only got Rm100+. Shouldnt he get full RM541. Its less than 1K? Or m i not getting the system correctly

REALLY ANGRY TODAY!!!

AFTER I FAX THE BPP TO THEM... ON NOV BUT STIL TODAY DIN RECEIVE ANY REPLY. LAST WEEK EMAIL THEM, SAY DIN RECEIVE MY FAX AND NOW I ASK WHAT I DO NEXT. THEM THEIR NO REPLY AT ALL.

REALLY f***ER... CHEATER... CHEAP EVERYPLACE. I SEND AND MY FAX RECORD SAY SUCCESSFUL. THM NOW SAY DIN RECEIVE. WHAT THE IDIOT MANAGEMENT.

IF NO REPLY I WILL REPORT POLICE TO CLOSE THE LELONG.COM.MY.

they issued my cheque on 5 Jan, via regular post..i got it by 25 Jan [public bank cheque]
..is it normal?it takes 2 weeks to reach my address 
payment  : 5/9/2011
refund      : 25/1/2012

It takes less than a month to realize about the conman, 4 months to get the full refund, and forever to hate the conman and lelong.com..

There is a limit of filling one claim per month with a lifetime of three claims per buyer.
All lifetime 3 claims are refer to transaction involving 3 different and unrelated sellers.

can someone tell me,

there are some additional and changes of term was add after qiling case.

anyone remember the original terms and conditions before the changes?

There is a limit of filling one claim per month with a lifetime of three claims per buyer. (this one if i know in the past there is no mention on limit per month)

If my memory serve me right, it shows we can only claim three times only but no restriction on per month or number of seller.

can someone confirm with me on that.

It will be better someone can give me a screenshot of the past.

anyone and idea is that case, and compensate?

if not  solve, and involve same ic registeration of the same guy under the two different id seller under lelong, we will have a big case on lelong for negligent to ensure the seller are default free, Officially they should cross check first.

so why a person who have being report before can still trade in lelong and under a BPP status. This means lelong is wrong for not checking. This will overule all their limited liability as in BPP policy. Because we can complain lelong cheat and cohort with the seller.

This is more than enough to make tribunal complain for clearly showing lelong DID NOT put their FULL EFFORT to avoid possible fraud.

ya , his surname also start from TAN, same technic delivery took more than 1week, many auction that very low no idea how can he sell in so cheap? got profit meh? I want to buy something from them but still doing research whether this seller positive or negative . LOL

Someone should create a post or picture and share it in facebook, lets other people know this issues. Lelong should implement safetrade on every deal.
