Basically the same thing like Macross Plus' YF-21 brainwave interface. But don't know is it supposed to increase the unit's agility or something. Maybe its hardware aided "SEED MODE". Can happen at anytime and all.

Like wolfx said, it sounds like hardware version of SEED mode At least it won't be abused since it's only active for 5 minutes.

I was looking at the AoZ designs...i know nothing about AoZ. Someone gimme a summary in 30 words? I like Hazel and all, but the later designs seem to be like "Lets see how much armor we can attach onto one mobile suit....wheee!!

Seems like the more pages i flip, the more ridiculous the armor attachments get. One configuration they add as much as those "Shield Boosters" or whatever those things are onto the MS. Also have old suits with "fast packs" and weapon packs added on making them look fat and bulky. LOL. I like the Hazel but the later bulky versions just too silly.

hmm...then the NT mode thinggy sounds like what we seen from gundam evolve 9's Zeta.... control by thought and such...

now that i think about it, Universal Century anime is all about characters slapping, punching & kicking each other

most of it are slapping though , try and guess who gets the least & most slaps of all

sorry to ask a noob question..
in Zeta gundam, how did camille gather those soul power or watever?
did that power cause THe O to be malfunction or it's pure luck?
mecha performance wise, zeta should not be able to win The O.....

I got this from reading other forums. Apparently in the original anime, no one mentioned that Zeta has the biosensor thingy. It was only added in after the series ended. The biosensor somehow reads the pilot's brainwaves and hence it affects the mecha by unknown methods.

By the way, biosensor, biocomputer, psychommu, psychoframe all refer to similar stuff that plays around with new type brain waves.... Details are not necessary as I believe they are simply different terminologies for the same thing. Except that psychoframe is a psychommu built into the metal frame of the mecha.

A possible explanation is that the minds of the deceased (together with Kamille's) got aggregated and amplified by the biosensor, and by unknown methods it formed a barrier around the Zeta Gundam and made it's beam sabre extend longer than usual. The part about The-O is also unexplained, but other forums state that it might be due to the overwhelming of The-O's biosensor by the Zeta's newtype ghost power.

Conclusion, it's up to your interpretation... There's no official explanation about it.

So i guess it apparently able to create a certain force that can create physical damage.

similiar to CCA meteor pushing. and V Gundam huge ass phycho frame float.

Honestly this kind of stuff is kinda Tomino fuzzy newtype theory. I hate to admit it, I dont quite like all this " I can move stuff with da force" makes the theme more fantasy like than realistic.

tomino is a strange guy. He does weird things time to time. Well i guess that old people for you.



Biosensor are like F91 where machine is capable of picking up organic life form, Bio Computer are like Zeta mention above, psychommu is a small transmitter mounted on a human head to pick up brain signal and Phychoframe is a pod or device that can pick up the signal.

Well it's part of the Gundam essence... kinda like Star Wars' Jedi Force. This is why I don't mind CE's Seed mode, but they kind of overdid it in CE anyway...

Biocomputer = F91...
The difference? No one knows, even gundamofficial's definition is quite ambiguous. The biocomputer can detect life force as shown when Seabook felt the presence of Cecily; but it probably amplifies the brainwaves to control the F91 too like when Seabook fought Rafflesia with the afterimages.

Psychommu is a CPU+software which allows control of mecha/funnels via the mind.
Psychoframe is a metal frame with psychommu computer chips embedded into it (Belthorchika's children explained this)... The HiNu and Nightingale had chips imbedded into the frame surrounding the cockpit, while Unicorn has the entire frame with chips. Something like that.

Again... they are probably the same thing with different names.
By the way, Victory doesn't have all these psycho bling bling apart from Angel Halo.

Iam not very sure about AOZ: flag of titans. I know the story is about a squad of Titan pilots fighting off Zeon and stuff. Pre zeta story.

This kind of stuff always remain jap talk.

I feel UC also overdid with the newtype also.. Moving huge arse meteor( i know its explain but doesnt make alot of sense), Also having spooky ghost come and GB your enemy.
