QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 18 2015, 01:19 PM) Good idea but it will be too many for me. Put other cards aside until finish spend with Ambank supp, especially petrol. Can straight use, no SMS is required. It is based on first come first serve though. 18.6% cash back is far higher than those 5% petrol cash back, worth to take advantages. |

QUOTE(lee1234 @ Aug 19 2015, 12:40 AM) I apply platinum mastercard.. BT contributes to your total credit outstanding which could be one of the reasons why it requires longer time to evaluate and assess your case.I got public VS without any question being asked...probably is because recently i did too much BT? That said, since you can qualify for PBB VS, why didn't you try AmBank WMC instead? Its benefits are much better than Plat. This post has been edited by fruitie: Aug 19 2015, 01:13 AM |

QUOTE(wan7075 @ Aug 19 2015, 10:09 AM) leng lui fruitie, may i know which card has the best benefit? (my spending mostly on grocery, utility) Honestly speaking, none of the AmBank cards actually fulfill your spending pattern. thanks! Both WMC and Plat are for overseas usage mostly. The reason why we applied is because of the new application cash back and its groceries+dining cash back that is ending on 14th Sept. These two programs are on first come first serve. Another reason for me is due to its PPL, as it allows some overseas PPLs which I frequent as well. |

U means MAYBANK Visa signature and Mayabnk Amex? AEON using MAYBANK POS terminal and they practised to perform settlement daily. |

Since you said they perform settlement daily... Ambank swipe has the slowest posting, so it's Ambank's delay tactic. It has nothing to do with the EDC merchant bank, right ?Swipe @ AEON Supermarket took 3 days to be posted. This post has been edited by ronnie: Aug 19 2015, 11:01 AM |

For those with Supplementary Card with AMbank, payment to Principal card account WILL NOT AUTO-APPORTION to the Supplementary Card account.
You need to make separate payments :-) |

The posting will be faster compare to other credit card.Swipe @ AEON Supermarket took 3 days to be posted. Also, if merchant perform settlement daily , it will make the posting faster. It can be as fast as 1 day which is same day for posting date and transaction date. |
