I have registered for principal card when received my card and received an acknowledgement SMS as well. Recently only registered for my supplementary card because it seems it's a separate RM 150 from principal.

Today completed full spend of RM1600.85 using both Principal & Supplementary card.
Time to keep in drawer until RM1078 (in total rebates) gets credited, if I'm lucky enough.

Let me share how 'world class' Ambank is.

I opened a True Account online then went to bank to collect Debit Card, their CS at branch did not know what product is it. Took 45 minutes to give me the card. The next day i went to Cash Deposit Machine to deposit cash into the account, the transaction was failed, go into branch ask officers, they said dont know, called KL, no answer given, wait for call back. Then no call received. Next day, i called the hotline, the CS told me that the card was not activated therefore cannot do transaction. I went there 2 times and those clowns in the branch were so blur and did not even noticed it. Thumbs up!

Few days later i received their credit cards (1 principal and 1 supplementary card), i called and activated them thought can start using it. I used it for online purchase at 2 websites using both cards - FAILED. Called hotline to ask, reason given was 'TAC System not stable' can only be used next day, wait until their officer calls. Means that they ask me don't use their card. 1 more thing i have not mentioned is the name embossed on the sup card was incorrect, their staff must be dreaming while working.

I have called them numerous times to complain on their services, until today Debit and Credit Cards also cannot use, i really don't know why this kind of 'WORLD CLASS' bank can still survive.

What cycle is that?
