Will try to visit the site on weekend. Need to know how far from PJ/KL to templer park since i work in PJ...
Call to ask the sales Person, he said only pay 3 % Downpayment and 7% discount from developer... Seems like this quite attractive... But no offer DIBS...
He said next week is the official launch of the project and will increase the selling price around 10-20K not sure...
I think the environment is suitable for own stay but doubt for investment...
Personally quite like the layout with big balcony... :0

Yea, next week will increase the price coz the boss will be back from Europe...better place 2k refundable booking fees...modern design with a lot of freebies...can choose face forest or lake view...most lake view sold...the condo surrounded by terrace house n easy access to club house...but no shoplot around...not as deep as rawang...just 5 min to Selayang

The layout of living hall, kitchen and the kitchen cabinet looks good. I think should be the same offer as freebie. Quite look like the kitchen cab for USJ One Ave thatthe developer provided previously.

the kitchen kabinet n wardrobe was exactly same like pic (like ikea design), free hood, hob and also the oven, the master room wardrobe 2 side can put cloth n centre is for tv n drawer, the room quite big coz when i entered medium room i though is master room. but the tile in all room is smaller than living n dining hall
Added on February 5, 2012, 4:47 pmi hv booked mine at 6th floor n just beside the lift...low privacy but ok

I still think this is good project and good location. It is not exactly in the middle of Rawang but more nearer to Selayang. It must be very cold at night bcz even bungalows at Templer Villa, Templer Park and etc, it was hazey and feel quiet. Feel like country homes. (=

thanks bro...yea, centre btw selayang n rawang but need to take second U-turn which is more far a bit if from selayang, good project n location but the sales is not quite good coz their sales team didnt promote much...the agent even didnt promote through forum

If not mistaken, the sales is not that good bcz the area is famous for family looking for greenery bungalows. The high rise demand is yet to appear unless those Rawang or Sg Buloh new couple or fresh wed looking for more closer to KL. Yup the developer does not promote much. And I think the demand would slowly come soon.

visited the showroom few days back..
around 50-60% booked... Love the environment, cold, breezy, quiet...
Overall the design not bad and price reasonable since FOC alot things...
What i don like is the smaller tiles in bedroom and feel like lack of facilities... 20 cents maintenance fees but dont have gym facilities..
And i think the HTC is visible for those facing the lake...
Overall not a bad project due to the environment..suitable for those own stay...

they said want to reduce cost so use small tiles...they also don't have tennis and squash court but they got multipurpose court instead...

the security system also not confirm yet...they are discussing from 1-tier and tend to raise to 3 tier, they need the sounds from buyers, i edi suggest 3 tier since this was common...i think other buyers need to do so (as they said their datuk was very good)
