I just make the booking yesterday, overall not bad for own stay... nod.gif
but if for investment then need to study more on it, as I will think the appreciation will not be much... hmm.gif

so far these are the information i got for sharing wub.gif should my info inaccurate pls inform & update thumbup.gif


total units - 240 units
total floor - 15 (2nd floor to 16th floor)
units in each floor - 16 units
type - A & B
built up - all type same (1200sqft++) which only the balcony different for type A or B, and there are only few units have bigger balcony
lift in operation - 3 lifts
selling price - above rm350k
maintainance fee - rm0.20 per sq ft


SPA (provided that handled by appointed legal firm)
free legal fee
free stamp duty
disbursement about rm130++

Loan Agreement (provided that handled by appointed legal firm)
free legal fee
free stamp duty
disbursement about rm450~500

MOT
need to be paid - rm4~5k

Free golf membership - Peransang Golf

Panel Bank
RHB - can up to 90%
AmBank - can up to 90%
CIMB - can up to 90%
MBB - only up to 80%

i also preferred the unit with big balcony it is abt rm400k++, but too bad tat it is at 2nd floor, scare people throw rubbish from upper level rclxub.gif

anyhow, wanna share with u all that my loan is approved with BLR-2.45 rclxm9.gif
