I just make the booking yesterday, overall not bad for own stay...
but if for investment then need to study more on it, as I will think the appreciation will not be much...

i also preferred the unit with big balcony it is abt rm400k++, but too bad tat it is at 2nd floor, scare people throw rubbish from upper level

anyhow, wanna share with u all that my loan is approved with BLR-2.45

i booked type B which faced inside(mountain) de instead of lakeside
