Saw this new propertly launched by MCT last weekend. Did anyone has register since i do not see any new topic created in LowYat for this property?
Any advice are appreciated since i am looking for my first property. Not sure if this is a good place. I am eyeing for investment.

i went there to have a look on tue night. it is very near to templer park golf course. opposite the site there were some housing area. seems very quiet at night.

i am the type that prefer place to be a bit quiet. but then it is a slight far from public convenience places. so not really sure if i can buy it for investment. nowadays it is hard to buy slightly nice property below 320k. cry.gif

Me too.. that's why I bought a property 5km nearer than T-park ( coming from KL). There's an under-con choice nearby you can browse (for eg. Selayang Spring) which offers serenity and not as deep as T-park. On weekend I took bout 20-25 minutes drive to reach KL/Kota Damansara.

no more discussion on this property? feel interested on this condo...the opposite got a lot of semi-d or bungalow (most of them built on their own design coz they r rich), the condo just beside shell n temple park club house...

I just make the booking yesterday, overall not bad for own stay... nod.gif
but if for investment then need to study more on it, as I will think the appreciation will not be much... hmm.gif

Maybe without the feeebies will be <300k? Wow, 350k is really expensive for that location rclxub.gif
Now it seems Parklane OUG & those new serviced apartments in SA is considered "cheap".

for ppl prefer place to be a bit quiet..
is a bit hard to find a place with environment like templer park ...

there got latar highway ... nod.gif
and going to build a road to jusco rawang there ...( heard form my friend,stay at emerald rawang there) laugh.gif

RM 350k for that location might be a bit expensive, however, since come with so many freebies and couple of BBB mode and the surrounding of high end G&G self built bungalows, MS project, Loh & Loh project is km away ... i think the price is fine since every project also sell 20% more than current market value ...

Whether the place can make it or not , as at now, for sure quite hard, bcz demand at this area is landed property ...
