Saw this new propertly launched by MCT last weekend. Did anyone has register since i do not see any new topic created in LowYat for this property?
Any advice are appreciated since i am looking for my first property. Not sure if this is a good place. I am eyeing for investment.

i went there to have a look on tue night. it is very near to templer park golf course. opposite the site there were some housing area. seems very quiet at night.

i am the type that prefer place to be a bit quiet. but then it is a slight far from public convenience places. so not really sure if i can buy it for investment. nowadays it is hard to buy slightly nice property below 320k.
