Thanks. One more question, I've read the maintenance price list in the official website and first service only cost less than Rm30. Is it true or there's additional charges behind it?

From what I know, the first service is free. Only need to pay for oil, etc. Then, if I recall correctly, Honda does not change the engine oil during the first service. Unless you insist....

1) Maintenance you can refer to Honda Malaysia website (www.honda.com.my)

2) FC for 1.8 is around 11-13KM/L for mixed driving.

3) Check all those pillars, and most importantly steering issues.

Other than the current Steering issue, look also for rear wheel bearing issue, Hydraulic mounting & also chipping brake pads

Not really... sometimes it depends on your luck. If you are lucky, you get a problem free car (or nearly smile.gif )
Even the high end cars are also having some problems.

Net salary 3.8k a month should be quite comfortable for a 2008 fd1.

Service and maintenance cost will depend on where you do it.

I did mine last July for approx. RM5k for the major service+replacing all parts found faulty, both at 8gcc panel workshops.

I experienced it last week, but mine is 06.

6.2km/liter on shell Ron 95.

Normally its around 9-10km/l.

have to monitor this time around and see what's the outcome.
