About the balcony design, you can compare with house model or phamplet, if you do not like, from start you should complaint it already

Today, i visited saujana rawang, botania but the design not really intresting, house look very small

Yes, the red color door is timber flush (Very sure).... even though repaint also useless... unless change whole door (entrance door, room door)......
However, i noticed many developer are dare to put their material used in brochure but M-residence not really put the detail in brochure (http://www.southgate.com.my/MResidence/brochure/Phase%202%20-%20loose-insert-floorplan-FA-TypeA.pdf)

Siew1983, i advice you go to site and have a look if you are free this weekend... for me, unfortunately i'm oversea now else i will go there and confirm....

Kelvin, red color main entrance door is solid core timber door.Please check back ur S&P.
I think MS paint the door with red color to match with first floor color, 1 of their design.

How come you all can claim MS using cheap material by looking at the photo only. Some of us claim the aluminium window frame also is from cheap/affordable material. I think you all are very smart, by looking the photo already can judge cheap material or good material cool2.gif

There is tricky here, if we wait until the show house completed, may be we cannot get same price as per today or maybe the unit already sold out. Take an example, when phase 2 first launch, the price only RM585k with 7% rebate but today already RM628k with 5% rebate only. Even phase 3 need to pay MOT while phase 2 MOT is paid by developer. When I bought the house, I trust the developer, they are top 10 developer in Malaysia. They won't spoiler their image by cheating us for this project (I hope so) smile.gif

* myself are believe mahsing because they really got potential built the township in rawang.. however, i really disappointed on this show unit... that is just my feeling.

Instead of arguing MS using cheap quality which we never see with our own eye, I think we better push MS to speed up the show unit.
Everybody are eager to see the show unit, cannot tahan already, at least before raya must ready cry.gif

Yesterday visited the site, MS is making road from traffic light junction to show unit.
Maybe the show unit will be opened to public upon road ready.

By this Inter-Com, we can communicate to Security Guard immediately.. Or other people(Visitor) want to come your house, Security Guard can verify (by calling to ur house by inter-com) and confirm that the people are not stranger...  Please comment.

Photo 1> actually got 3 doors there, kitchen door, toilet door and maid room/store door. The maid room and toilet is outside of the house. I think the toilet is for maid. Please refer back ur S&P or brochure.

Photo 2> i like the design. They may attach glass later to cover the hole, same like my kampung house.

Photo 3> that is outside toilet, for maid, not main toilet. The toilet a bit small but ok for maid used.

Anyway i support ur proposal to have 2 way communication. At least guard not simply allow outsider enter the taman.

But you must remember HongBeeLand always have priced their product at a premium compare to Guocoland.
Look at Anggun 1 and 2. I think Anggun is more luxurious compare with Emerald.

Anyway let find out more information and share here. Hope MS is monitoring this thread and do something to improve their product biggrin.gif

I believe the price is more than 800k....or at least 750k, unless the house is very small. But looking at the brouches, it look big also....let wait and see...
