No need to predict here.. 2 years later come back to this thread. Just my 2 cents opinion, property price will keep on increase.

Just like last time i makan roti canai (RM 0.6 per pieces and now need at least RM 1.5 ++)

Agreed with you, when i bought my current house back in early 2010, many of my friend told me very expensive, 200k for double story house in rawang. But now my house value already go up 280k~300k.

That time, there is no tesco in rawang, single lane at templer road etc.....even today new double story house at bukit beruntung and tanjung malim already 200k+++

hope same thing will happen to m residence, with more ameties and better road

Not really far, m residence to jusco : 3km, to rawang toll : 6km.....still acceptable.

This few months, i receive many pamphlet from agent looking property in Rawang...
I think many people start looking house in Rawang already rclxms.gif welcome2...

But it still OK for me as Jusco just few meters only, I will not go hypermarket everyday, pokai lor....

It depend on strata title....
MR is fenced + guarded because individual title. MR will be Gated upon Completion.
That's the reason why we/Purchaser have to sign the DMC to agree ( Giving Consent ) for the Gated Facilities.

Better also,at least cheaper maintenance fee. rolleyes.gif

When i bought my current house rawang 200k in mid 2009, my friend said expensive.... Now my house already 300+k... :-)

I totally agree, the staircase really make the whole living hall become very smaller...
Want watch TV also no convenient....

I'm thinking even i dun want to live for myself and want to do sub sales also difficult... haih....
However, why the SPA layout that i get are different from this show unit? sad.gif
22*80 size look like 18*70 size.... this designer does not know how to make use of space when doing this design. haiz.....

photo very difficult to judge, depend on which angle you took.....
