Agreed with Kelvin.

It is not fair to MS since model house and pamphlet already mention there is 2 toilet at ground floor and 1 of them will located at the middle.
Even house layout/plan inside the S&P also clearly mention it. About the Feng Sui thing, you should consider it before sign the S&P, not after sign the S&P and then push MS to change the location. It is not fair to MS and also buyer who like the layout like me blush.gif .

1 of the reason why I bought MS phase 2 instead of phase 3 because I like the toilet location. It is something unique, terrace house with semi-D layout. thumbup.gif

Added on September 8, 2012, 9:25 amguys, for those who never go to japan, do you know most of the toilet for their house is stucks inside the house without any WINDOW? there's no nature ventilation. the developer make their own ventilation. i agreed that bacteria and etc might be there, but that is our responsibility to ensure hygieneness. nature ventilation only can assist. i don't think this could lead to fail design. we must be breave and bold to have change with proper and effecient plan. nowadays, it's about design. 1 question pop to my head, do you still wan to live in conventional house design? personally, i feel bored. just my 2 cents.

Need further clarification on below photo......
Why the actual show house fence design is different from pamphlet photo?
I would prefer the design inside the pamphlet as sometime need privacy from our neighbour, not to say I don't like to mix with my neighbour but don't want some eye spying into my house. shakehead.gif shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

Guys, what is mean for "driveway" as stated in S&P will be stamped concrete same like car porch?

I check with MS salesman but their answer a bit blur, cannot understand.....
I think MS salesman don't have enough training, they don't know what product they are selling doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

After we clarified and finalized everything's then we only put the information here... it will be fair for the developer ,owner or potential buyers...

Mahsing are doing things right now and phase 2 show unit only completed on 21september 2012. Just imagine, if we keep on complaint here without view their work after 21-sept.. that is no fair for developer.

Buyers and future neighbour. please be tolerance and patient.. i got read the replied email from mahsing.. a lot of things are on progress now..
good news for potential buyers and existing buyers... Mahsing really a good developer which are accept the feedback from consumer and patient on this....

What we can do now is gathering all the information then i act as coordinator to raise the point to mahsing instead of send email individually or ask individually... it is not a good way to talk on this with them. we all must have same mind set then only can get a good result. believe me....

everyone are hope this project success. For those who don't want to talk in group email, please PM me your concern... i will add into it and get back to you asap..
However, please... everythings must be reasonable...

which no stated in S&P... please don't request more.. unless it's really necessary... FYI, i'm also m-residence phase 2 buyers and i'm same boat with you all..

My 2 cents opinion and hope that everyone are same thinking with me...Thanks.

I stay in Rawang for 5 years already.

Back in mid 2009, when i bought my current house for RM200K in Rawang, many of my friend said "why I buy there, it is expensive for rawang", "rawang is very far, nothing there" etc

But now my house market value already RM300K++. Even now new property project in BUKIT BERUNTUNG or ANTARA GAPI which 15~20km further also already cost RM250k ++.

Middle toilet is 1 of the points why i choose MR phase 2....i like the phase 2 design n will not reno it to store. I will use the toilet for my guest and u are welcome also

I saw foundation work for phase 1 already done.
But based on S&P agreement, every payment request need to support with architect/engineer (in charge for this project) signature certificate to proof that the work has been done/completed.

Do you receive architect/engineer proof letter?
