heard that, week 2 / week 3 of september.....
For me, i prefer Mahsing work well on this phase 2 show unit instead of rush it...
Whatever need to change, MUST CHANGE IT before open for public viewing..

I dun like a disappointed again!!!

All,To Be fair, when we bought the phase 2 unit that time we already know that got toilet in middle of ground floor. It's not reasonable for us to request Mahsing change this design....Am i right?

It got pros and cons to having this toilet there...

Pros-> after having ur meal in dining area, you can go toilet easily because just beside ... no need to go backward of house for toilet as this toilet are for Maid !!! However, Mahsing need to solve the ventilation problem....
cons-> feng shui no good!!!
Meanwhile, we can discuss this with M-residence Operator/ sales team to get an advice. my advice, for those who don;t like this design then can consider phase 3.

I believe everyone are more concern on the complaint list item... so we need to focus on this... =)

Added on September 8, 2012, 9:25 amguys, for those who never go to japan, do you know most of the toilet for their house is stucks inside the house without any WINDOW? there's no nature ventilation. the developer make their own ventilation. i agreed that bacteria and etc might be there, but that is our responsibility to ensure hygieneness. nature ventilation only can assist. i don't think this could lead to fail design. we must be breave and bold to have change with proper and effecient plan. nowadays, it's about design. 1 question pop to my head, do you still wan to live in conventional house design? personally, i feel bored. just my 2 cents.

bro, i don't think he related to MR/MS. he bash about phase 2 design due to feng shui. if he's from MR/MS, he would say something very very nice about it.

After we clarified and finalized everything's then we only put the information here... it will be fair for the developer ,owner or potential buyers...

Mahsing are doing things right now and phase 2 show unit only completed on 21september 2012. Just imagine, if we keep on complaint here without view their work after 21-sept.. that is no fair for developer.

Buyers and future neighbour. please be tolerance and patient.. i got read the replied email from mahsing.. a lot of things are on progress now..
good news for potential buyers and existing buyers... Mahsing really a good developer which are accept the feedback from consumer and patient on this....

What we can do now is gathering all the information then i act as coordinator to raise the point to mahsing instead of send email individually or ask individually... it is not a good way to talk on this with them. we all must have same mind set then only can get a good result. believe me....

Hmm, better to add on the fencing because this is not exclusive semi-d or bungalow .... and agree with what you say, privacy among each other as the door against next unit's door are quite near each other ...

Car porch looks smaller compare to Phase 3 3D design ...

i think Driveway should be the area from the fencing to the carporch.

Went to view the unfurnished phase 2 house today... firstly im glad i put my money on the phase 2 house rather than the phase 3. The maids room and bathroom really make a lot of difference. The balcony in the master bedroom also suits my taste. I have no issues with the location of the bathroom i think it works for me as long as it is properly ventilated. The extra bathroom upstairs and the 100sq feet extra is clearly evident on the phase 2 houses.

I however didnt like the windows. I felt the quality of the frames and window glass was not up to the mark. The up stairs doors are a joke. The quality of the doors is un-acceptable. The staircase railing paint job is really horrible. Obviously painted by brush as the brush strokes are  visible.  The divider wall between the houses is not as per scale model displayed and the marketing material.

Mah Sing need a little more work and attention to detail and they should be in the clear in this project.

i have lived in rawang all my life and even after a late night with lots of drinks rawang still doesnt feel so far..... from rawang Highway toll to Subang toll it only takes me 14 mins at an average or 100km/h... yes the glam is not yet visible in Rawang but its was similar with all major Citys progression back in the day. All the major existing Citys didnt fall from the sky in their current state. Over time Rawang will flourish as did all the current major citys. Those who believed would have invested and secured a home those who dont can always buy in Bukit Beruntung or Tanjung Malim or if they have a lot of money they can just buy in KL. Its become a norm for progression of development to constantly move out to the next closes area to KL despite these locations not being all that close to KL.

Traffic near Jusco ares is damn bad....

Finally , u agreed with what I said .. So , let Reno the toilet to store room like me once house get construct ..
