Installed, and played around the lady theme and was wondering why Google App unlock code *147258369# won't work. Turns out it's not supported by this lady theme.

So that's mean if wanna activate GMS apps need to stick to the 08/02/2012 version. Female version cant activate GMS with code ya.............

Or wait for international version with GMS come out.

i tested the phone a few days ago....really impressive with overall speed..
but my fren n i was shocked after boot up the phone....it took only a few second to start up.....after i saw tis

5 sec boot speed even my o2x last time cant did tat

this is Huawei fast boot function, preset it is ON, so when u switch on it only took about 5 sec.
but this function on when the phone is off, it will consump some power at battery.

this function is available on most Huawei Andriod phone, X3, Sonic, X5 with Gigerbread, Honor, Honor with ICS also have it.

U can swith it on or off in Application Setting, there is a "Fast Boot"

icic....but the phone is quite nice n even better than other same range phone
will recommend others to buy this 1

Yesterday Huawei release another new ICS HUAWEI_U8860_Android 4.0_ICSV100R001C00B977 and stated there not support GMS.

Anyone downloaded and tried???

Hi, can anyone share (upload) some for test photo and video for the ICS ROM, i have see 2.3.6 however it does not seek very good, example somehow the video playback has kind of destruction, not sure whether this is software issue. thanks.

u can try Camera360 app...see whether meet up ur standard....i tried ics camera b4 color looks more crispy...but i encountered force close & responsiveness abit slow sometimes...

is it based on ICS ROM? how about video test?

i tried flash ics rom b4.....not that camera360 app..
ics for honor still in beta stage....so is quite buggy atm.....video recording choppy as well....overall not that stable in my opinion...now revert back to 2.3.6.

camera 360 is very good apps indeed XDDD

a lot of ppl keep on saying don't buy china phone.....
very discouraging.

correction, dun buy the low and mid level quality china brand. U should expect something good from the underdog company like Huawei. They are well known in telco's business
