Plan to change std alza tyres... Is it fit with 195/55/15? Worried that wider tyre will touch the body... Anyone can share ur experiences? Welcome suggestion for best tyre brand ans specs for Perodua Alza... Thanks...

Finally my new vios car in my hands. After take the car, straight away go to michelin shop change rim and tyre.
Put on a chrome rim and PS3 196/55/15 tyre.

Handling and cornering is superb

But i noticed a little noise inside the car, sounds like "wo... wo... wo..". Seems like cause by the tyre.. It's normal???
I even sit behind and asked my sister to drive and the same sound also..
I experienced this before at my old proton car, the bearing issue but make no sense because this is a new car woh..

can someone advice?

I think Alza no problem with that size coz my friend myvi used that size, he told me his myvi now more comfortable & feel save too. He used Enkei rim & Nexen 8000 tyre(cheap & comfortable). My nephew Myvi used Neuton 205/45/16 tyre, she told me no problem. nod.gif

Bros,
My vios is coming this week. Plan to change to 195/55/15 tyre and rim.
I want comfort and performance. Any recommendation. Budget is below 300.

Also, how about hyperchrome rims match with white vios? sick?
*
Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2 very good tyre but I don't know if it have 195/55/15 size. My friend had bad experienced using chrome rim coz after 1 year the chrome part inside tyre area tear & the tyre punchured every week coz the air leaking from the chrome area. Please make sure the tyre area no paint/chrome (inside the rim).

Michelin PS3 & Continental CSC3 also good performance & comfort. If put comfort tyre at Vios make your car feel like lightweight BMW/Lexus.

Hi all,

Going to change my tyres this Saturday at Klang... Called the shop for the price.. 205/40/17 Hankook S1 Evo.. RM 285 per tyre!! So damn cheap compared to the price I bought last year for RM 300 each..

I asked whether there is S1 Evo 2 for sale... He said don't have and never heard of it..

Any shops in PJ / KL / Klang have S1 Evo 2 for sale?

Planning change all 4 tyres if it is RM 285 per tyre..

I have been using S1 Evo for 2 years... Damn good for the price.. The thread is damn "ganas" as well smile.gif

yes its abit expensive, wonder where u change ur tires?

not a good brand cause its indonesia tires? but performance of tires is another issue. n definately value for money. tire price for ur 16inch rims michelin's xm2 say 400bucks? turanza's 380? achilles saves so much yet u get so much from it...

but dont compare with ps3 or potenza or tires like those grades.. $$ also way way different. lol
