They are not overused.. Just black & oily from improper fuel combustion.. Any spark plug after some miles will have a bit of carbon build up like that lah..

Actually when i compare the ori Proton NGK SP (used for 500KM) with the Denso SP (approx 8K KM) the ori SP looks blacker than than Denso SP which i have used longer...Thus actually nothing is wrong with the SP, just it needs some cleaning only...But anyway am not complaining much since they replaced a new set of SP for free and they returned my Denso SP rather than throwing it away..now dunno what to do with the Denso SP

Anyway googled for "engine overflow" but no answers to the search...no idea how to prevent or minimise it from happening again 

Ummm the shop used to be along National Semiconductor/Infineon Batu Berendam road there.
Corner shop beside Sungai Putat. Then they relocated beside Giant Hypermarket, same road as Nasi Padang Kota.

Those install the chassis foam...how izit? improve or not?

I am unsing denso now, I buy one to keep since it is good price if any one ask me to sell i will sell it at 160-180.....  
jump alot lah , like hitting my wind screen ....i buy fro Mr. DIY also 7.90/pcs brand GAP...
How is your centre control unit ? and the meter illumination light.... repaired ?

that is only the cheap foam that no so hard as compare with KL auto foam, but some said it is good to not so hard, so the car will not feel so bumpy.....but generally NVH got improve (you might not feel the silence if your muffler and extractor modded to blast sporty vroom), and conering was more stiff. Can also getting Sam and Vccy review on that.

I've paid my down payments everything for one week. The SA said, now the cars stuck in Tg Malim there and cannot release the car yet due to that place screw up with some records. Till now, I still can't get my car :'(

hmm...judging from ur spark plug color and condition it looks like my normal SP from the SC that is overused. i tot denso SP lasts??

sometimes u never know whether it is caused by the SP. (it will be normal for ppl to say that when ppl say the problem is spark plug u will say u are using denso, sometimes denso spark plug also might have error just like even a lambo can burn down or a bmw can have some defect during manufacturing.)

Engine overflow isn't exactly the correct term for this.. There are many ways ur spark plugs can get wet, from overflowing engine oil (which I suspect, if u've been servicing ur car at Proton and let them pour all 4L in then this might be the case), a leaking/broken valve seal, a leaking head gasket, water taken in through the air intake during rain (very possible to happen if u've been driving in flooded areas recently), and a simple case of too much petrol getting into the piston wells while cranking..

Juz tried speed at lekas from nilai to semenyih,no matter how i tekan,it still stuck at 180kmh.b4 tis i tested at lekas oso same result.but when i speed at plus highway,i can easily over 180 lo..and i realzed one thing,when i speed 180 wit half throttle onli,d rpm around 4.7k rpm.once i release d pedal n press again to half throttle,d rpm can go to 4.9k but wil drop bec to 4.7k immediately even i maintain same throttle level.then i press 3/4 throttle oso cant feel power come n d rpm oso wont climb to 4.9k rpm.is it my car cant breathe wit smoothly due to exhaust system not match?

how can we discrip it in words.....for the NVH.....?...but we can said it is one of best among the proton cars but some said better than perdana and inspira but also some said waja is better.

Pertaining the water go in from the front door i also found it this morning after rain but it was not overflow in side my carpet,

i found that it was because the water came in from the door rubber that look too short to cover the from edge, if stick another 3 inch rubber to extend wil it be better? but where to get the exact type and size of the rubber?
