This suddenly happened, reboot so manytimes still the same, sometimes got sound, sometimes no

hi guys. just bought a new ipad 3.
im having problem to of slow charging like 10% per hour. is it normal or do i have serious problem? is there any solution for this? |

Hi sifu out there, I have an ipad2 before. So bought an iPad mini for my wife. So I planned to use same apple I.d so that all the app I bought she can use. But how to avoid the contact, calender, notes, and other thing synching together. I want mine is mine hers is hers。
