Yes, Nexus 10 have higher pixel density but does Android and developer make use of it? Most of the Android tablet app is "blown up" phone app. Very ulgy.
For me, Retina Display on iPad is already perfect. Even higher PPI our eye also cannot differentiated much. It is sharp enough for our eye. Hence the name, Retina Display.

Perhaps you can try the app called " Jasmine " . It is a very good Youtube client app
