Yup I think it's on par with the schedule and will be deliver on time which is mid of 2015. For central resident, I hope their buyer keep an eye on the progress, as I think it was quite far behind schedule. And bear in mind dun think slow and steady win the race, cos contractor will focus more on progress rather than quality when it's behind schedule as they need to pay for the lad

after complete how much you guys wanna to sell ? 700psf do you think can fetch that price? Really cant wait for it.
