Get the fan removed and clean the motor through out...make sure dust are removed and grease or lubricant is applied after that ..

can that fan be open up?? it looks like all sealed? any pic of a fan being open?
anyway, i bought some tools in a DIY shop just now:
- motor oil, a few drops make the fan revive
- 1 set of RM6.5 multi screwdriever which help me to unleashed the 4pin ATX at last!!! biggrin.gif
with this set of screw driver, I think I can open any molex, 4/6/20 pin ATX smile.gif
- also managed to get 1 meter of black only colour heatshrink from an electronic shop.

any idea if I need to plug this (6 pin Auxiliary power connector) somewhere on my Intel mobo? I had forgot to label this one.

I read somewhere and it says:
"The aux power cable was added to provide extra wattage to motherboards for 3.3 and 5 volts. This connector is rarely used. It occasionally shows up on older dual CPU AMD motherboards"

still planning for it smile.gif

mostl likely i'll fix it on a sunday, between 7.30pm to 11pm in my hotel room @ sunway pyramid. the room there is much bigger, can easily accomodate up to around 10 guys & we'll all sit on the nice carpeted floor with air-con. i've to do it nite time cos daytime got to attend to the sales.

wait for me to update this one ok ..

my gf will be around to help with the guide on the spot too if i'm busy with other stuffs.

some tools i need u guys to bring are :

1) scissor
2) flat head screw driver for spectacle tiny screws ( must need )

others like below if have do bring, if not we'll provide.

3) scotch tape or masking tape, small one.
4) staple bullets
5) Plier
6) soldering iron, solder & flux ( in any case someone break any wires )

Need help here..
I'm using Ennermax Infiniti 720W, the socket to PSU looks like this... I don't know how to remove this...Or actually is it necessary to remove this head?
Cause I see it will be much easier to sleeve if this head is removed..

any idea on how to remove this type of sata connectors until it become like this :
if its the same as the one shown in picture then easy la. just pull the wire out then push back again right ??

if u want that type of connector then i'm afraid u'll have to purchase them seperately.

we used to have UV sata right angle as show in ur picture but all sold out already.
with that type of right angle sata, we can make our own sata power cables smile.gif
