QUOTE(Space @ Dec 2 2011, 06:46 AM) I noticed gardenia bread's quality getting worst a couple of month ago, bcoz I got bad stomach and cannot eat yeasty food, they somehow keep proofing in my stomach, and my stomach will be full of angin, so the only bread that I could eat is the yellow bag gardenia, but one day I found that it too gives me windy stomach, so I know they now underbake the bread, so it got more water, the same weight and save ingredients I think they save a lot of money. i thought it is soft bcos of the they use cake flour as compare to normal flour.. cake flour will keep ur bread softer for a longer time.. For those people who like soft bread, those bread are full of additives, man. I won't touch it with a pole |

adventist bread... i think u can say its a mass-produced health bread. i guess u can say its the next best thing to those you find from premium bakery... see: http://www.adventistbakery.com/about.asp
as for massimo and gardenia... i'm not really a bread person. but i know of tests to let bread grow moulds. at least one bread didn't grow mold even after more than 7 days... that piece of bread was wet with water and placed in a plastic bag. other bread grew mold. |

QUOTE(ATi_FANBOY @ Nov 28 2011, 08:44 AM) If this is true, I am definitely going for Massimo. I hate cronyism.. what is 1Malaysia? Besides, I am happy that now we have aditional choices and we don't need to swallow complaints when Gardenia raises their price. This post has been edited by YomiEe: Dec 7 2011, 10:10 AM |

I've never heard of the bone thing. But there are other bad stuff, like mercury, in them, so people shouldn't take those too often. |

In fact, gardenia bread put too much softenner so it's bad for our health in long term.
Imagine u eat for 10 years u will get cancer or smtg else, it's true story. Massimo is healthy, I can finish a slice of massimo bread without putting jam etc, yet for gardenia I don't think so. Just opinion and some fact |
