Bread also become political issue?

For me the price and taste are the most important.

Not give a damn about politicians they rich we poor so why must care about them.

Tried comparing based on nutrition info among all wholemeal bread of different brands. I hope to support massimo, but it's losing nutritionally to other brands

Gardenia tastes too oily due to margarine. Massimo has less, but still is not perfect for my sense of taste.

One thing is for sure.... Gardenia bread doesn't go stale after more than 2 weeks.
Kept a few slices after expiry date was due.
Experiment where bread still in the plastic and placed at Malaysia room temp and humidity. No aircon all or vacuum sealed bag.
Figure out yourself the amount of preservatives used.

If you compare a slice of Gardenia with a slice of Massimo, I some how feel that Massimo's slice of bread is slightly heavier. This could be that more quality ingredient are put into making Massimo bread  brows.gif

Try to compare & see. I did the comparison because once in a while we do buy Gardenia since Massimo can only be found at a few places.

Massimo is cut into 12 slice per loaf, gardenia 14 slice per loaf ..........deswai massimo a bit thicker
