No. Tried few times in different hours, no return SMS. OneXOX telco.

I receive mine instantly. Maxis here.

First sms (for unionpay) took about 5mins to get reply. 2nd sms for visa debit instantly receive reply

The SMS content is PBEM <space> <12 digit NRIC> to 66300. Am i correct?

This round not limited to Visa Debit. Mastercard and Unionpay users can play as well!

Yes, should be the same as previous campaigns for CC. They track based on transactions.

There was a delay in receiving the reply. Some registration sms (repeated as I didn't receive reply) I sent at around 5am just got replied at around 8am.
