Debit Card T&Cs and PDS Changes w.e.f. 8 September 2021

Dear Valued Cardholders,

Effective 8 September 2021, HLB will update the cumulative contactless limits for our Hong Leong Debit Card. The cumulative contactless limit is set to prevent cardholders from exceeding a certain amount for consecutive contactless transactions. Effective 8 September 2021, the cumulative contactless limit will refresh on a daily basis or with PIN entry. The cumulative contactless limit remains defaulted at Ringgit Malaysia Eight Hundred (RM800).

The Debit Card Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) and Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS) will be revised as follows: HLB Debit Card T&C and PDS Changes w.e.f. 8 September 2021 - Hong Leong Bank

Mind sharing ur transaction time. Mine is 12.20am but didnt receive any

I spent it on GrabPay at 12.22am. Also didn't get any cashback.

Hmm my 5+am didn't get. GoPayz. Had no problem previous months.

Seems like many people did not receive, maybe pbb this round credit phase by phase ?

Or perhaps the credited amount you got is somehow different campaign? The June one was received 9th August only after all.

Did not get also, transation done on 00:24.
June one received on 21/7, hopefully still got other batch for July.

Never expect until now only me got it , actually my family which make the transaction later (saving acc debit card) also not receive, I thought it is late already but based on the feedback here, I believe thay there are some issue with pbb or pbb do it phase by phase (mine is petron debit card)

I do think it got another batch as not possible this group so far only me got haha

1) where did you get the description MORE TREATS 50% CASH BACK-MTH 4 ? from PBe web? Pbe app? e-Statement?

2) I rechecked past cashbacks for this campaign (am using PB Debit Lifestyle Visa)

2a) in Pbe web/app, description only show MISC CR

2b) in eStatement for savings account, description showed as 19-05-2021 MISC CR 50% C/B-APR21 | 15-06-2021 MISC CR 50% C/B-MAY21.

2c) my Aug SA estatement havent generated. expected description as 21-07-2021 MISC CR 50% C/B-JUN21 [tbc]. Perhaps someone to confirm June's cb if their SA estatement generated already.

3) interesting that PBB suddenly changed the description for its final Month4 cb.

4) maybe petron debit card has different way of showing the description.

Have the same tot, my 6Aug statement has the same description for cb given on 27July.

Could be a Public Bank "Prepaid" card account, though PB still call it a debit card.
Wait for a while, Savings account holders may get the prizes credited a bit later.

Didn't receive RM50 =/= Didn't win.
