BTW don't forget to register to participate.
If I am not wrong, PB won't allow 10 continuous paywave transactions and you will need to use PIN to "reset" for a new cycle.

Last year, I did participate in PB Debit - Visa Paywave game, 4 continuous contactless transactions accepted (then reset by PIN-based Govt transaction).

Assume every month 3 paywave transactions, you will hit the 10th or 11th (not sure which one) paywave transaction on 1/6.

Not per day. No auto reset.
I never reach 10th or 11th paywave transaction before.
You may have your paywave transaction rejected in June if you don't have a PIN transaction in March-May (3X per month).

When I played the UOB Debit game, I swiped at 12 different places (though required 10 only), none of them was Bigpay.
The new game requires 15X, it is too tedious to swipe at 17-18 places in a single day.

Of course most of them online sites, especially prepay utilities, physical sites including a few petrol stations which I pump RM6 per station. I am yet to find out if Iswipe 15 times at the same place on the same day, eligible for the 10% rebate? Another issue is conditional First-come-first-served, spend too little may not win.

Ya RM200 per station. Fund locked for 2 days. I don't mind.

Don't waste time to call waiver for a debit card. (Not like credit card)
Terminate your CIMB-Airasia account and go to another bank (not CIMB) to get a Basic Savings account.

I completed 13 transactions (at different places) on the first day of the month (Note: First come first served by the day, not by the time, so no need to rush in the early morning, and only the highest spenders would win).
I spent beyond RM500. I didn't play every month including Feb.
Not really interested to play as I am holding other CCs that guarantee 5-10% rebate.
