My fren also got a solar tube light.

Replaced 4 tiles with transparent tiles. Built a shiny round tube made of GI. Cut a hole at the ceiling board.

Free solar light ! Only works when there is sun, of course.

FIT is mean to sell back to TNB. It is a waste to use for aircon. Cause price selling to TNB is higher than own use.

buy electricity from TNB (per unit) -> 22sen / kwh
sell electricity to TNB (per unit - via FIT) -> more than RM1.00 / kwh

for home use (incl air-con) buy from TNB lah.

solar generation, all sell to TNB also. baru ada untung !

So basically, FIT is meant to sell back to gov and not for personal use right?
