Not a must but it will help to improve the audio and video quality.
The audio quality is acceptable for normal video, and it picks up ambient noise (e.g. noise, road sound, wind, etc); Depend on your demand/requirement, you can invest on the mic later (e.g. when you record video in event, say your friend's wedding and you want to hear clearly their speech or what they're talking or when taking video outdoor).
As for the video grip; try holding a DSLR and do video, you will notice the handling is different from point and shoot or camcorder, you may need some time to get used to it, and then if your lens have no "VR" (Vibration Reduction), you need really really steady hands; but the kit lens will have "VR" which should be able to help you reduce the vibration issue during video.
The Grip can help to enhance the stability when you hold the DSLR for video, moving around, doing focusing (you'll most likely want to use manual focusing instead of the auto-focus, unless you don't mind the noise and in some situation the annoying auto-focus which keeps focusing in and out.
Yes, you need at least class 6, if you want to do smooth HD video recording. Get a class 10 instead, and don't get from the shop, normally they charge you very expensive; Find out the rough price in the market, and if the shop offer you reasonable price, then only get from them, but usually they will try to earn from you here.
Lens Filter is not necessary; If you really want one, get a good one, but it will not be cheap and again, the shop will try to sell you expensive and make money out of it. It's just a piece of glass and it's not really expensive, I experience once the shop keep persuade me to get, I keep deny, then he keep lower the price I still don't want, then when paying finally, he offer me a super low price, more than 50% lower; Since it's really cheap, I just get it.
For screen protector, and those cheap stuff, then can give for free actually. Some shop even free you a cheap tripod, which you might not want to use it outdoor or in some condition. It all depends on the shop, the price they offer you and how you bargain, or if the sales person in good mood or likes you.
