For Panasonic's 3DTVs, does anyone know if the Gen 3* glasses would work with VT20K? And does anyone know when they will release the new set revisions like VT30 here?

*Gen 3 3D Glasses link...

Would appreciate any reply.

Yup these new ones work across all Panasonic 3d tvs. Tried these with GT20K.
Very light - and picture brightness is improved.

That's an awesome news to me, thank you so much!

But may I know where you could try them? The Panasonic website still showcases the old heavy fugly ones which I already have two off, so I'd appreciate it if you could fill me on the details.

Yea, mind sharing what sort of bad comments that is coming from that shop so that i would be aware of them when i buy?
Denial of warranty? Extra charges for delivery? Not responsible...once i know, then i can bargain with them brows.gif

Added on October 14, 2011, 11:13 amHi,
Any one have any reviews on playing MKV files directly through a ext HDD?
Whats the capability of the TV playing those files directly? Appreciate your inputs here.

D'Legend has a "legend" in here and it's not a good one. You wanna know the story.

You can drop by Megatronics which is next to Murni at SS2. The people over there are all so ready to tell n show u. biggrin.gif

For those bad comments, you can easily get them by goolge their shop's name.
and those comments were posted since about 2008 to 2010 only.

related to their staff attitude, delivery goods timing, the price you get may can also get by other place,
the model that they are telling you whether is the model you got it or not, and etc.

Those are the old comments, I dont know whether they change now already or not because I didnt see the bad comment on 2011.

But to enter this shop on the first time, just try to be careful for all these...

Yeah - local panasonic site not updated. The international panasonic site has info on the 3rd gen glasses.

I got them at Harvey Norman, Pavilion -- came with the GT20K -- its a M (medium) size pair ; but does not come with a case (can buy a cheap custom box outside) - not sure if you can try them out there as they may not have a demo set - but give it a shot.

The retail sticker lists about 'RM 800' sad.gif But they might give a discount.
