this might be only during Ramadhan..
but TM Point Bangsar does not accept AMEX on weekends
tried to charge at that specific location, it says all payment system down,only can pay at their auto kiosk doh.gif

well, if complain, what action will they do then?

For Esso/Mobil that accepts Amex, is the payment have to be done through counter? I tried few places through the pump but it rejected my card, since I was lazy to go inside to queue so I just used my Mastercard.
I did try through counter in one branch in Skudai but they don't accept Amex sweat.gif

All done at pump. Sometimes due to communication link is down, Amex can't be used. Happened before.

It can't be that bad, most likely something somewhere is wrong.

Amex CC can use in other transactions like Tesco/Jusco ? i.e. chip no problem ?
Try different pump number and different stations at different date/time ?
Other stations like Shell can use Amex ?
Got call up MBB CS and enquire why can't ?

Other transactions no problem.

Changed to Esso/Mobil recently, so I won't try others until I have no choice.
Tried it in multiple Esso/Mobil stations already, earlier I just assumed those branches don't accept Amex.

I just used my AMEX at the ESSO station in SS14 at the roundabout corner, didn't need to go inside lineup also.
