500psf is damn expensive... for 12XXsf it will cost about > 600K

I really hope and pray hard for discount... at least.. got the chance to enter the project...

if not, 2012, i will see and feel sad cant own 1 unit... and 2015, i will see and regret...

this is certainly overpriced.
but properties are just that,

look great, but really feel that over price already, 500psf leh..
condo at bukit jalil just about 500-600psf only, which already have LRT near by, mature township.. hem..

according to SA, the phase that is going to sell will be 10min walking distance to the MRT station.

it is within SUKE hway route? 500psf kinda pricey..upon completion can sell 600psf?

tis amount can buy older landed property surrounding?

That day I went to their sales office but the sales guy was very arrogant. He don't even bother to explain anything to me.....

If any of the PJDevelopment management is looking at this now, I hope they can improve their SA service and attitude

I went there as well.. A lady allows me to look c look c.. Also do a brief explaination in a laid back manner.. Probably they are not ready to provide more info.. Of course in terms of service experience, the sa there have big room of improvement.. Unlike i went to One South, the Sa there tend to be a lot more attentive.. For You City, i offer myself to the Sa to register my interest before i forget.. Haha.. Perhaps they reckon nice concept attach with Mrt project will sell by itself:)

Agreed with you...

One South (by Hua Yang) SA are more helpful and friendly...

Maybe you're right...Probably they are expecting this project to be selling like hot cake since its just beside the MRT development....
