Does anyone know which company / foreign firm take over Phoenix Plaza? I think they are doing the refurbishing work now

Yeah, I'm also wondering who's taking over Phoenix Plaza as well, been seeing so many changes on it since it was first build.

New GIANT beside Grand Saga Highway @ Batu 10 Cheras will open on Thursday 30 Sep 2011. For sure the junction near my house will jam like hell for next few weeks.

According to my relative got ppl offer 50 Million to buy the 10 acres land beside YOU City but the owner still dun want to sell it.

Is there a recycle business on the 10 acres land you mentioned?? Scrap metal or something like that? beside the wet market?

Not that one, u know The Challenger Sport Centre and Badminton Courts and the Goft Driving Range ? That piece of land. That is a TNB electricity tower + SYABAS underground pipe passby the land.

somehow i dun feel the land is enough to build all the structure in that ad...

tough to sell..
one side - wet market
another side - old apartment
facing main highway after the tol...
hope they plan another road out straight to jalan besar..

May I give opinion also? Let say for example: 10 years ago i very look down to Mont Kiara, because their neighbour are Kampung area & Indonesia refugee inside Segambut. But today already people think as 5-star location.

We cannot judge like You City because of look down neighbour area is cheap then location environment still cheap. Every part of a cheap & expensive all are mixed. Like you shop at Mid Valley so many retailer not only selling branded like LV, Gucci & Channel. Also have Carefour, & other cheap retailer.

Same as Mont Kiara/Sri Hartamas behind was cheap Kampung Segambut. Bangsar area got low cost fat at Jln Pantai. So who do you judge by neighbour before completed project? Anyway, we are just wait & see if developer success to make the area improved or not. biggrin.gif

i just wonder if there is any land around You City that could be developed and prosper this area?
i'm interested in You City but the potential of other nearby developments in increasing the value of it worries me.. hope some sifu could share your insights
