ohh i see. So far how is the progress for this project?
I have been told by the agent that the earlier get the key will be on end of this year, the latest will be on first quarter of year 2023.

Estimate completion is on May 2023 , due to pendamic, i think quarter 1 or 2/2024

Don't expect much from the mall. its intended to be a neighborhood mall with grocery, food and convenient stores similar to Atria.

Atria is such an old brand and still serves the residents but yea Starling probably cannibalised their business. Too many malls in a 5 km radius with a very fragmented focus and relatively low population. Arguably it’s still doing better than 3 Damansara with not a single super market in it!

Cheras should still do ok being a considerably younger population. PJ people are ageing and well to do with different priorities. Someone perhaps needs to crack the code for a mall serving middle aged and senior citizens.
