Im staying batu 9 cheras for two yrs. I reli like it coz its quite strategic area. Tis area surrounding wif few shopping centres.
Within 3km can reach Econsave, Jusco(Mahkota) & Carefour. 5km to Jusco(Balakong), Leisure Mall & Giant (connaught).
Another New Giant will be launch soon.
N within 1 km got few international schools near by like Sri Cempaka & beakon....& College Master skill, 5 km to UCSI.
Im working in Bdr Sunway. Every morning I out frm 8am n reach Sunway 8.30am using NPE. (withing 1/2 hr)
Wat I reli like the area is, tis not too further & bad jam like Mahkota & Sungei Long.
70% Chinese, 25% Malay, 5% Indian.

I stayed in 9th mile Cheras for 25 yrs...Infact the mah sing project where they are building alot of bungalows is very near to my housing area. Indeed the roads are badly patch up. The road leading from the highway to Hijaun Residence is so badly maintain. Morning rush hour, traffic is very freaking bad. I need to depart from my home by 630am as my office is near PJ hilton. If I leave around 645am onwards, i will be stuck in traffic for 1 and 1/2 hours due to the bottle neck from east/west link highway to Federal highway. Appreciation value rather slow, maybe because 9th mile cheras is an old residential area (Bought the house 25 yrs ago around rm150k-200k 22x75ft, now market value is only around rm300k).
