400 units is not a lot...
But 400 units with the current RM 430 psf and above, that's sold out in just few days, it's a surprise to me...
If you see previous few months back, many new development still not yet sold out leh...

booked = sold in developer terms...

booked doesn't mean you can buy... it's subjected to loan approval...

that's why you still see after some time there are left over units after the soft/pre/actual launches...

But I believe the waiting list for youcity is very long. So, any left over sure will acquire by investor in 24 hours. whistling.gif

stage 1 is refer to 10% disbursement on S&P sign

stage 2a is usually on ground work billing

stage 2b is on rc frame work

please refers HDA schedule G & H

- 5% rebate on stage 1 - S&P signing
- 7% rebate on stage 2A - progress billing on piling works

heard the service apartment (commercial land) under HDA schedule, the progress billing will incur upon the work commence instead of completion which is the different between residential & commercial, anyone, please advise?

This I understand bro... If you see the few last launch, 2 weeks they also cannot hit 100% booked... Anyway, 430 psf is a good price after all... Congratulation for those who booked.

Js wonder the whole you city is a covered/gated city like what its name says.
Coz even its walking distance to d mrt, but its quite a distance imo, if open area walkin there is not safe at all leh.

Tower A, 1276 sqft, and larger unit still available but mainly upper floor. Around 80% booked.

agreed. i saw they booked their units without asking much questions like young buyers. i guess SA more prefer to attend these uncles & aunties.
