don't know about you... but i'm only interested in freehold and props not near cemetery, loji, etc... i look at overall package, not only cheap...

booked = sold in developer terms...

booked doesn't mean you can buy... it's subjected to loan approval...

that's why you still see after some time there are left over units after the soft/pre/actual launches...
