Just found out today. Upon S&P, we need to settle 10% of selling price. Half of the figure is from the 10% discount, the balance is from our pocket. The rest of the discounted money will be refunded progressively until CF.

Before it was launched for preview, the management and staffs of PJD, associates and VIP had the privilege to place the sticker. That explain the 50% take up rate before it was release to public.
