QUOTE(pay_jal4945 @ May 21 2014, 04:45 PM) The fella already got 2 CP but his unit came with 3 CP so he decided to sell the extra CP. Question is should he sell or keep cos next time if his kids grow up, even 2 CP may not be enough.Just look at the residential units with extended family. 4 or more cars. |

Welcome tgv to cheras sentral. Youcity folks just need to board on the train and within a few minutes you are in the cinema. Not to mention, a few big names are there too.

Not to mention, a few big names are there too. Good news for Youcity folks, next time no need to fight for parking when going to watch movie. Hopefully business is good enough for them to sustain operation. How is the rest of the shops doing in Cheras sentral? |

QUOTE(LTG @ May 25 2014, 01:30 AM) I've been doing that for some time caz I'm staying at an apartment within 5 minutes walking distance to the LRT station (from the moment i step out and start walking to Cheras LRT train station) The feeling of boarding on a train straight to Plaza Rakyat (10 minutes) where we can board a bus and return to hometown. The feeling of boarding on a train and making a transit at Tasik Selatan (10 minutes) to LCCT and get on a flight. The feeling of boarding on a train and reach KLCC (20 - 30 minutes) The feeling is like 'wow! Time machine!' Others two cents I count the time caz I'm trying to define what does "short walking distance" for Malaysians means. I think is 5 minutes from your home to the train station (without proper shed from sun and rain) I think is 10 minutes from your home to train station (with proper shed from sun and rain) I'm sorry for all these crap that's going in my head! |
