Hi, i would like to ask regarding game sharing.

from what i understand, we need to have the seller's account on our ps3 to be able to play the game,

since we can only have 16 user account in one ps3, this means that we can only play maximum 16 games that was downloaded through psn sharing, am i right?

My friend PS3 (GT5 blue 160) about 1 year old. Is experience a problem now. His DS3 cant be sync with the PS3 after detect the cable, and the WiFi cannot found network anymore (Lan port still can online).
Is that the BT and wifi is together 1??? issit the BT and wifi module spoil???

If its hardware related..
slim models BT n wifi are integrated on the board i dont think its easy replacement like phat models... u need to hv the proper tools to replace n fix it..

Can the ps3 see other wifi networks? Did your friend change the ps3 wifi settings? has he tried another ds3 controller and it didn't connect? has he tried connecting the ds3 controller to another ps3? He should make sure he does all possible tests before taking it to some repair shop and spending unnecessary money

i think is hardware related, bcoz already format HDD and re install firmware in Dicovery mode is done, but still the same...............

If its still under warranty.. then send it back to SGpore for replacement or sevice.. you only loose on delivery n time... since you already format hdd there no value stuff on it to loose..

but.. if warranty ended... you can try search in the Console Couch-Garage Sales for ppl/company that can repair YLOD... they will hv proper equipments and usually if they hv the parts of scrap ps3s.. They should be able to repair it..

yes, already test search for all network, stop at "searching" all the way.
and the controller can be sync on my PS3, my controller use on his set, with cable okay, after unplugged the cable also cant detect, keep on flashing 4 light.........

Damn.. it most probably is a hardware issue then. Like Nawar mentioned if still under warranty just send to sony sg, otherwise search for repairers. Hard luck for your friend.

My suggestion just send to sony, this is mac address error,

Bluetooth and wifi issue only Phat unit can repair but not slim .
So mostly sony can claim replace a new mobo for you.

he is a original player and the set is on the latest firmware, owner play GT5 online normally using wi-fi connection. really unlucky like this. must search for method send to SG already like this.
