DVD will spoil your ps3 lens

everyone also face this problem too it only happen in ME3


if only save data you can actually subscribe playstaion+ can help you backup;of course can transfer to flash drive but not all games can help OR ps3(your current) to ps3(new) with RJ45(lan cable) to transfer everything,however hdd swap you still have to format it became new user.

YLOD symptoms. which mean overheat issue. its depends your ventilations ,what games you play and how many hours gameplay;very sure mostly phat unit user never really maintain like change thermal paste per year once. but your case already reached the YLOD stage so have to repair.

the only games can get overheat easily for phat unit.

- Modern Warfare 3
- Battlefield 3
- Uncharted 3 (you can actually read their forum)

any other games sensitive im not sure.

etc; any games start from firmware 3.70 to 4.0 problem it comes very common overheat for phat unit because the mobo gpu cannot reach the requirement for new games and i estimate after repair the console if keep playing new games most can tahan 2-3 month its consider very lucky ,yes,can repair but try the best remain go back to old games .

so its depends on your decision;some people wants to repair just to backup their data and shift to slim unit.this is what i can see my experience, so correct me if im wrong

chipsets are different,so for me is stronger . but of course you still have to maintain; always remember every year service once at least.

play online even faster overheat,i got friend play BF3 in multiplayer terus dead (phat unit)

i missed the old times firmware version 2.0-3.0 repair once ylod is already considered permanent fix,but now

hahah i feel u bro, did tried use other hdmi/component ?

what i experience recently friend of mine same issue as your current now.just take out the hdd and plugin back then swith on the power(green light) leave it there blank picture like 2-5minutes estimate after that you will see a "format" thingy safemode . try your luck,just sharing experience

additional notes: your hdd format must go for FAT32 .

parts is the same,just the warranty service is different system

drive cannot replace but lens

My suggestion just send to sony, this is mac address error,

Bluetooth and wifi issue only Phat unit can repair but not slim .
So mostly sony can claim replace a new mobo for you.

2 options kena like this which is:
Internet affect and
Jailbroken ps3

Just remember do not touch sony warranty sticker.

theres many way to check how to compare ; not like ps2 easily found. i think can try ask GamerFamalia explain to you

that one no need worry, as long dont read dvd movies and clean your blu-ray disc thats it.

Euro 2012 alone alot problem, alot forumer friends give the same feedback complain

additional note : Summit usj organise next week 12/6 FIFA2012 EURO 2012 competition ps3 no idea how suppose to solve that stupid dlc .

1. try separate ur ps3 power plug also will cause like this beep thrice.
2. perhaps early sign of YLOD .

additional notes : please take note 3beeps not just overheat issue;power is also related please separate it individual 1 plug 1 device is the best.

Any LCD will do , just that most of people likes to know how to install audio. mine using 23inch E2341 LG comes with audio output
