Hi Mel, I am impressed. You own 2 Banyans! May I know what are the factors for your choice of these properties?

The second purchase was a last minute decision, considering that RM50k rebate was a good deal.
Location wise, is better compared to the earlier phase.

Main factor for choosing BSC is bcos KLK can be trusted to build good quality homes for us. No worries of abandoned projects like what we used to see in other developments by unknown developers.

Another reason is its freehold status.

Right now, good locations are mostly leasehold types. Freehold in good locations, either it's too expensive or nobody is selling.

Thanks, I agree that KLK has a niche for its prices of freehold homes. They are similarly priced compared to other schemes further away from KL and PJ such as those in Rawang. BSC is only 26 to 34 km away from Bandar Utama, PJ. Those who aim for landed property should invest and buy now for the long term. Commercial development will gradually go on with more and more residents coming in, creating the demand for businesses.

Yep, BSC is good for long term investment.

Those of us who bought them last year can expect to get the keys next year, rite?

Yes, as KLK has stated in agreement... But then... Haha... for u to ask me this, I knew I had several times sounded like speaking for KLK, but not so. I am a former government senior management official and now into retirement. I had plenty of years at the Prime Minister's Departmemt and Ministry of Health.
